他社との光ケーブルで接続できたかは、まず光の送信と受信ができているかを確認する。
Speedの設定が違っていても、光の確認はできます。
（TXとRXが違っていたら光の確認はできないです。）
最終的に接続が問題ないかは、パケットの送信数、受信数があるかで確認する
pingの接続確認は念のための確認くらいです。
TxまたはRxのいずれかの電力が-30dBm以下の範囲にある場合は、実際の信号が送受信されていないことを意味します。
一般的には、RX側「Optical Receive Power (dBm) 」で、光が届いているかを確認する。
